Excellent prenatal!

I researched online for the best prenatal for about an hour or two when TTC and chose FullWell. I am grateful I found a brand with quality ingredients and no added iron!

The 8 pills were daunting to look at but they are surprisingly easy to take and settle well. I have no problem taking them every day. Added bonus is that taking them definitely increases my morning water intake.

Wonderful Prental!

I switched to this Prental from another one I had been on for years and within a couple days I already noticed a difference in my bowel movements (made them so regular which is something I’ve struggled with) and I feel like my body has been able to digest these a lot better. 10/10 recommend!

Love that there's no iron! Store opened bottles in refrigerator.

I looked long and hard to find a quality prenatal multivitamin without iron. After several years without period thanks to a hormonal IUD, my iron status was bordering on too high when my husband and I finally decided to try to grow our family again. I've been told it's best to start a prenatal at least 3 months before trying to conceive, so I started hunting for a quality prenatal. Unfortunately, almost all of them include very high amounts of iron--not something I need or want! Enter FullWell. I'm very happy with this prenatal vitamin.

I split the dose and always take with a meal. I haven't had any icky aftertaste or vitamin-y burps.

My only complaint is that the pills have a tendency to develop dark flecks inside them after the bottle has been opened. It made me worry they were going bad. I switched to storing opened bottles in the refrigerator, and this stopped happening. I think they should add a note on the bottle telling people to refrigerate after opening for best freshness.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

I started taking this prenatal in preparation for my second pregnancy. We got pregnant on the first try! I only had a couple days of morning sickness--who knows if it was related, but I've heard there's recent research on increased B6 supplementation can help. My favorite part of this prenatal is the high amount of choline. I don't love the 8 pills, but it's definitely worth it for the choline and benefits on brain health for baby. I've continued to take this prenatal postpartum (which I didn't do after my first pregnancy) in addition to significantly increasing my protein intake, and I've noticed overall that my physical health seems to be a lot better this time around. I'm stronger in the gym, have more stress resilience, and have an overall better mood mental state. I can't say for sure that it's all related to the prenatal, but I'm sure it's not hurting :)

So far so good!

I started taking these prenatals on January 1 of this year in preparation of TTC. My husband and I just got pregnant in our first cycle trying! 8 capsules is a lot but I split my dose up throughout the day - 2 first thing in the morning, 2 with lunch, 2 mid afternoon, and 2 with dinner. I work from home so this is convenient for me to do. I was worried the zinc would make me sick since it usually does on its own on an empty stomach, but these do not make me feel sick at all. I love that these have everything I need to support our developing baby (other than DHA which I take separately). My nails have been growing faster since starting them. I also like the subscription option so I don't have to think about ordering before I run out. Shipping to Canada is pretty quick, too. They are pricy but quality supplements are important to me. Overall I'm really happy with the quality and experience!
